I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.this is not how it happenedHe did not nicely explain to me that with body shop vehicles there is often dust particlesDust particles wasn't even my issueIt was the amount of bubbles left in the tint that was the problemYes, I did leave with my car because I did not have hours to wait around for my car*** brought my car back to be fixedI made a review of my honest opinion of the company and my experience with themI am completely unhappy with how I was treated, and if I was a business owner, I would have never yelled at a customer the way I was yelled atWhen I called, I was never given a name of the lady who talked to meI did ask about cameras, she said there were none, but DID NOT SAY THAT SHE WITNESSED MY CAR BEING WORKED ONthat is a lie!

11/6/*** *** stopped a *** *** *** and spoke with Melissa N*** *** *** and had her vehicle inspected by herMelissa indicated that it looked like a parking lot mark from another vehicleMelissa also stated to her that that could have happened anywhere, not necessarily at Ziebart*** is going to have their Paintless Dent person attempt to repair this on Friday 11/10/2017. ***

On 10/18/Metro Accident contacted me to strip and retint a Quarter glass on a Scion TCMetro dropped off the vehicle and we stripped, and re-tinted the window in a timely matterThey picked up the vehicle upon completion.On 10/23/Metro contacted me that the customer was not satisfied
with the window tint and sent her to my storeUpon inspecting the window with MsSwartz a dust particle was noted and I attempted to explain that is often the situation, especially with a .body shop vehicleI expressed to her, that attempting to re-tint often achieves the same resultI notified her this would take about hoursShe became belligerent , and left with the car.*** *** returned with the car and hour later upon which we stripped and re-tinted the window. *** *** was contacted and they picked up the carOn 10/25/*** *** contacted Anna at our store wondering if we had cameras at our location, Anna expressed no we do not , *** *** accused us damaging her carAnna expressed that we did not as she had witnessed her vehicle being worked on.Later that day I was notified of a negative profanity laced posting on Social Media about our business.I contacted Melissa N*** ** *** *** about said situation
