I have been living in a condominium where Margolis Management & Realty is the management company in there. I have mover there for over 5 months and I haven’t received a key to the Laundry Room. I asked Mr. M[redacted], Manager, over 5 times and every time I spoke with him or his assistant Christina, he promised me that he will contact me back. One time he also stated that I could pick up the key from his office. However, no key was there. This is not the first time that Mr. M[redacted] don’t return my calls regarding issues I wanted to address.
Until today 01/18/2017, I still HAVE NOT received the laundry room’s key.
