We are sorry that the customer was not willing to honor and follow the return policy. All of our products and programs have clear refund/return policies posted on the website where point of sale happens and on the actual order form where credit card information is processed.Refund Policy: If you go through the program and actually impliment all the exercises to launch your program, and say this did not grow my business we will fully refund your moneyJust return all of your completed exercises, notes, and materials from Module 1-to qualify for a refund. We stated this clearly on our website and order formThe customer was aware of the said policy at the time of purchase, and we reiterated it again via emails. The customer refused to honor our refund policy, and responded that she just doesn’t have the time right now, and would not be turning in her work. We’re sorry not having time does not qualify the customer for a refund and we have delivered the program in good faith as promised. We were happy to refund Ms*** and she was unwilling to follow the return policy for the program she willingly signed up for.The customer threatened with “I will go social with this” and has now been making defamatory tweets on her twitter account (which we have images of).We are sorry that Ms*** has resorted to name calling as well which could be considered harassment, and cyber bullying. We serve thousands of entrepreneurs around the world and know the impact of our work, if one is willing to do the actual work

policies are clearly displayed in the appropriate places at time of sale. That being said the customer was aware of the said policy at the time of purchase, and we reiterated it again via emails. We have images including login, ip address, and time stamps showing the customer did have full use of our program. The client purchased our program on her own free will, where the refund policy was clearly stated on the web form.Refund Policy: If you go through the program and actually impliment all the exercises to launch your program, and say this did not grow my business we will fully refund your money. Just return all of your completed exercises, notes, and materials from Module 1-4 to qualify for a refund. We let the customer know that we would happily offer a refund, and asked her to send in her completed work twice. The customer refused to honor our refund policy, and responded that she just doesn’t have the time right now, and would not be turning in her work. We’re sorry not having time does not qualify the customer for a refund and we have delivered the program in good faith as promised. There was no threat of a lawsuit as the customer claimed. We did state that if the customer chose to lie under oath with the bank with a false chargeback, we would be forced to take legal action. This was not a fraudulent charge. The customer willingly purchased and had full use of the program. The customer threatened with “I will go social with this” and has now been making defamatory tweets on her twitter account (which we have images of).We serve thousands of entrepreneurs around the world and know the impact of our work, if one is willing to do the actual work.
