I received a phone call from Mrs *** on July 21, on which she stated that her air conditioner was not working because I had connected my compressor on her electric plugMy respond was that we were going to check the issue
since we only did shingles replacement and a couple of repairs on the roofAt the time that she called me I was in the hospital with my child and was unable to discuss much of the issue with her, I told her that I was going to return her phone call but when we were released I was unable to do soShe called me a few days later when me & my family were out of town and I gave her the date & time for me to come by her house and re-inspect her roof and any other issueWhen I attended this appointment she told me that she had another company's roofing specialist had done an inspection of my repairs and according to him that she had been overcharged and that the flashing and plywood were not done correctly, she personally checked with us this issues and took pictures at this time to compared to her previous pictures from before the repairs, the other company inspector refused to come back to talk to us at this or other time, but Mrs *** personally got on the roof, she looked at our work and approved that it is correctly doneAs for the other issue of her air conditioner, she told me that all she wanted was the cost of the inspection for coming to check it, so we agreed to refund $** to her and she was satisfied as the A/C had nothing to do with our repairs and the compressor is commonly used in household outletsAt the end of our meeting Mrs *** and us agreed that all work had been completed to the highest of building standards, that they were no more issues, that our warranty will remain as stated from the date of completion for up to years and that any other issue she will contact us at our telephone numbers and we will set up a time and date for meeting again if necessaryAt this time they are no more issues to my knowledge and she told me that she will contact the Revdex.com and tell you personally that any disagreements have been resolvedIf you need to contact me you may do so you have my contact information
