Review: my 2004 Ford Focus got towed to Serrano a Auto Body on March 07,2015. to [redacted] to rebuilt my engine. I asked [redacted] when was my veachle going to be ready he said nex week no later than two weeks. I told him ok. I paid [redacted] seven hundred and thirty fave dollars including the tow on March 07,2015Two weeks came I called [redacted] if my veachle was ready and he said no I asked him why not he said because his friend was still working on the engine. I was at the hospital at the time I called [redacted],I went to the shop When I got out the hospital I spoked to [redacted] in person and my veachle still wasn't ready [redacted] told me the same thing his friend is still working on the car [redacted] told me come in 3 days it will be ready Ithree days came I went to the shop the car wasn't ready I told [redacted] I need my car I have three kids I just had a baby and if he wasn't able to fix my car to let me know. from March 21through August 1 I kept on calling [redacted] and going to his shop and he will just give me excuses the run around.I'm very upset I'm tired of all of his excuses,his lies, [redacted] tells me that the car is going to be ready at such day and that day comes I call [redacted] or go to the shop and It's all a lie he has me going back and forth for nothing I want my money back My car back. I don't trust him I paid insurance, registration for a year for a veachle that I'm not even using.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and my veachle.

Consumer stated that she went to the business on 9/14/2015 randomly to check the status of the vehicle repair and the shop owner said the vehicle was done. The owner and consumer test drove the vehicle and is in great working condition. The consumer is satisfied with the resolution.

Review: I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 30, 2014. The car was towed and stored at Serrano Auto Body on December 1, 2014. After speaking with my insurance we came to an agreement with the mechanic. The insurance gave the mechanic and I both a copy of the list of parts that had to be replaced/repaired. After 3 months he returned my vehicle on February 12, 2015. Upon driving the vehicle I can hear a loud squeaking noise coming from the area that was supposed to have the parts replaced. I wash my vehicle and notice that the paint he did had bubbled and he also neglected other spots. My drivers seat is stained with oil all over it. I dont feel comfortable driving the vehicle, knocking sounds come from the "repaired" area. My intruments indicate me to check the airbag system, which it should not do. I am missing a few different plastics from the exterior and interior that should have been replaced. I informed him immediately of what I had found, he agreed to take another look at it. After taking my vehicle several times he still has not repaired the problems. I picked the vehicle up for the sixth time on March 6, 2014 and we had agreed for him to call me so that I can return the vehicle so he can fix the "check airbag system". I have not heard from him since and whenever I go to the shop he is not there. I am sure he is avoiding me. I jacked the vehicle up and looked under with a flashlight, you can clearly see there are still damaged parts. I did not even need to remove the wheel to see the damage. The shop has completely neglected my vehicle and kept the money.Desired Settlement: I am terribly disappointed with the way this shop handled the repairs on my vehicle. I do not trust this shop to work on my vehicle any longer. After noticing the damaged parts I have decided to take my vehicle to the dealership it came from and have it evaluated. They will get a list of the parts he agreed to change and double check it. I want a full refund for the time and gas I spent. I also need a refund for the parts that he did not replace so I can have a trustworthy shop repair it.

Business states that they are sorry to hear about the dissatisfaction the customer has experienced. Business would like the customer to return to the shop so the pending issues could be discussed. Business would be more than willing to make any reasonable repairs necessary to the vehicle.
