Customer satisfaction is the number one goal at Alfa Romeo FIAT of ManhattanThat being said I would properly like to address the complaint of [redacted] The date(1/*/16) that [redacted] came in to discuss the intention of leasing a new vehicle was days past the termination date of his lease with Ally Bank so there were never any future remaining monthly paymentsWhen a customer's lease is over any future payments or excess wear and tear are the responsibility of the lessee, the bank owns the vehicle and we were the liaison in securing the lease for the lesseeIn further reading [redacted] complaint he is using the term "maintenance", which was covered on his previous leaseAll of the documentation from the initial proposal to the executed lease agreement makes no mention of an future payments, maintenance, or excess wear and tear in regard to the vehicle he dropped offThat being said there could have been some miscommunication if he was using the term "maintenance" taking into consideration our primary goal which is to try to satisfy the customer we would be willing to extend complimentary maintenance on [redacted] new lease for the term of the lease

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is ONLY partially satisfactory to me and the matter has not yet been resolved.I would NEVER agree to swap this vehicle for another used car and trust that the replacement will not be just as abused. Unless it's a NEW car because FIAT would like to compensate this customer for the 40+ days this car has been out of use and remain in good standings because that's what's important to any dealership, or SHOULD BE especially since this complaint will be public If, however,FIAT chooses to repair this vehicle, the car will be assessed immediately following.
