Maria's Tax Service

I am rejecting this response because:
In regards to the email I received
stating: Maria's Tax Service sent an email with an attachment of: The Income Tax Returns, on 8-24-is not correctI have received No emails from, Maria's Tax Service at allI have checked all my devices, I have gone back to that date, (8-24-2017,) I have checked my email trash alsoAnd to conclude I have Not received any emails from the above tax serviceFurthermore why would I file a Complaint on 8-29-2017, if I had received a email with the documents I am requesting? And why would a place of business send that type of information on line, (email,) with all your personal information such as: Name - Address - Phone - DOB - Employer - SSN - IncomeThis makes no sense to me, but it leads me to be even more inclined to believe that my name is signed on those Tax Returns, Without my Knowledge and it's definitely Not my signature! I have never been to the above tax serviceWe have always, (last 8-9yrs,) had our taxes done at, AMulti Business, in Bakersfield, CA. This year I called Aand informed them, I did not want my name on my spouse tax returns and under no circumstances were they to use my signature on e-pin as in the pastI was told that it definitely would be taken care ofWhen I telephoned back two days later, I was informed my spouse did not show up for the appointmentThat's when I called The IRS and was informed of, Maria's Tax Service, and given their address and phone numberThat is when I telephoned and spoke directly to her and was abruptly refused a copy of the tax returnsWhen I ask how the returns were filed, Married filing joint, without my signature, I was told my spouse brought a paper from his attorney! I immediately telephoned the attorney and was told, that was not trueThank You

After several email attempts with no answer from Mrs***I contacted her ex-husband and had him deliver a copy of the tax returnHe took a witness as I told him she was not responding to emails
I went thru my texts and found one I sent to Mr*** we had a copy of the tax return for Mrs*** as she had never picked it up after her callHe responded on March 18th he was sorry and he said she probably forgot to pick up her copyHe said he sent her half the return so she probably would not come by
Mrs*** has had the opportunity to pick up her taxes and she has notAs per Mr*** she did not have a phone or a car back then
I hope this helps as we never deny a copy of a tax return if they are a part of it
