Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Friday morning, Mr [redacted] contacted me, assuring me that his group would be able to find replacement musicians to fulfill the gig and that it will be a “great night” I was still excited his group would be thereHe never gave me any indication he would cancel the gigAnd again, three hours before the event was to start, he called me and told me his band would not be fulfilling the gigIn my position, all I can do is accept that he wouldn’t be arriving, and I had to find another musician group, which I didAnd I’d be glad to give their name and number for verificationAnd yes, many people involved with the event contacted Mr [redacted] , very upset he cancelled the gig with mere hours before the event startedThank goodness the other musician group showed up and made it a great night, no thanks to Mr [redacted] and his group.Correction: the total deposit was 350.00, and I wish Mr [redacted] would give me my refund for his non-fulfillment of his contract Regards, [redacted]

In response to ID [redacted] The day before the wedding was scheduled,I did contact [redacted].I informed him if weather was bad, we were not going to put our lives in jeopardy. I never told him I would be able to find a replacement group.During the day I received a phone call...

from his soon to be Step Mother and Step Mothers friend. This past Friday I received an other phone call from Step Moms friend. I have her name and phone number if needed. I have told her that I had talked to Mr.[redacted]. Mr.[redacted] has claimed that the Fee was $400.00 dollars, that is not true. The fee was 350.00. How could I insure him another group would be there if I cant assure our group would be there. I have the contract to prove my statement.Thank you, [redacted]
