Mariah Manor Apartments

Review: On April 27, 2014 I met with [redacted] to view an apartment I was inquiring about for rent. I had liked the apartment and decided to fill out an application to rent it. [redacted] collected $350 in cash from me along with the deposit and let me know she would get back to me the next do to notify me if my application was approved. The next morning, I called [redacted] to let her know that I was now longer interested in the apartment. We never discussed rental terms and I never agreed or signed a rental agreement so she let me know she would returning my $350. After multiple calls and texts between the two of us, she finally asked for my address to mail the check. The check was never received and [redacted] kept ignoring my text messages and calls. I finally was able to catch her on the phone yesterday (6/2) and she told me several times she would mail the check out to me. I asked her when I can expect it and then she simply hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $350
