OYO charged me a no show fee when I was there and they have lied and gave runaround about my refund. Since March 30th
3/29: made reservations for that night: went and checked in.. 3/30: when I got home I realized the hotel charged me and OYO charged me so I called the manager at hotel and he said that was OYO.. I called them and I had to send in all information proving they over charged me.. the motel mgr told them that I stayed and it was something wrong with system.. Since then I have called them every day to every other day to hear lie after lie from when I would get my 46.30 to the time of March 30-April 25th.. I need the money and they keep giving me the runaround.

They still have a pending $50 debit from 1/22/20. Hotel refered me to escalation dept. Escalation dept refers me back to hotel.
They still have a pending $50 debit in my bank account. Debit has been pending since January 22nd. Hotel stay was January 22nd to January 23rd. Refund was to take 5-7 business days as per the hotel at check out. After about a couple weeks I called customer service and was told 14-20 days. Hotel tells me to email escalation dept because hotel doesn't handle this directly. Escalation dept says to go back to hotel because they do not "entertain walk in bookings". A customer should not have to hunt down their own money!

The $50 pending debit released back into my bank account.

OYO refuses to honor their referral program, I received 2 of the 4 Amazon Vouchers promised (The lower amount of the 4, A $5 voucher and a $10 voucher
For over 4 days now I have called and emailed back and forth with these people! I've never in my life been so frustrated, they we never directly answer or provide proof of anything! There was not a problem until it was time to pay out I'll attach all my proof and convos and screenshots

I want a apology and what is owed to me! Which is 2 amazon vouchers! A 50$ Amazon Voucher and a $100 dollar Amazon voucher

I went to this hotel after paying online $87 for two nights. Asked several times were there outside fees was told nothing about a $100 deposit.
I arrived and to my surprise had to pay a $100 deposit for a $87 two night room. I did not have the money so I was refused a room even though they took my money for the two nights before I arrived for check in. I was told Id get a refund while at the hotel on my phone. When I left I was told I would only get a portion while on MY PHONE. The hotel itself refused to assist me with customer service. I need a refund for lack of service and I basically paid for nothing. Im requesting a full refund OR a lawsuit will be filed propmptly.

Full Refund in the amount of $87.

Good afternoon and thank you very much for bringing this concern to our attention. Unfortunately I was not able to pull up the guest information to review. I have left a voice message on the number provided.

Our hotel policy states for all online travel website bookings includes: 'Refundable damage deposit
A USD100 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.'

I hope this guest will return my message so I may look into the reservation and how it was booked. However on all sites which we participate and our call center there is communication that upon check-in a damage deposit of $100.00 is required.

On 9/15/2019 traveling in Florida,went on web looking for a room in Marianna, fl. We found one room left at OYO Hotel on *** I accepted and marked would arrive in less than an hour. We arrived in approximately 30-35 minutes. Went in to complete the the stay for the night. The desk clerk explained there was $100.00 deposit for the room besides the room rate. I questioned why and stated for damages. I have never had any motel/hotel ever request this and I am 72 years old and traveled a lot in U.S. and Canada. I questioned the refund and she stated an inspection of the room following my check out and the refund takes 5 to 7 days to post back to my account. I said This is unheard of and forget I cancelled the room. On the E Mail from *** states free cancellation. The next morning I checked my account and there are two charges from OYO Hotel. I called the number found on the web and it goes to a office in California, called and they stated Booking took the money from my account. I called *** and they assured me it was OYO and they got them on the phone requesting a refund on my behalf. Oyo stated it would be forwarded to supervisor. On 9/19/2019, I called and requested to speak to the manager at the Marianna location. They did manage after a bit to get the supervisor/manager on the phone and after our talk and going over the event, He stated the refund will be with in 72 hours. Call on 9/23/2019 requesting where the refund is, Looking into will take 24 to 48 additional hours. 9/29/2019 no refund, stated sorry for the delay but some one dropped the issue and now waiting for final approval to forward refund, asking for me to wait two more days. 10/1/2019, no refund and the person stated two more days and will be refunded. I sated that I will go forward with a complaint to The Revdex.com as I am doing. They also stated that *** has a part in this, truthful I think its all OYO and they are not to be trusted.

We sincerely apologize this was not reviewed or communicated when the guest booked their reservation from *** As the reservation was made through a 3rd party, the hotel does not have authorization to cancel this type of reservation. The hotel guest must contact the company which they booked and request for the reservation to be canceled. The guest did not call and cancel their reservation through *** and thus our company charged the guest a 1 night deposit as a No Show fee.
As a courtesy, I will follow-up with our company and request a status regarding this reservation. I will attempt to have the guest credit card refunded in the amount of which the No Show fee was charged. This refund request must be approved from our company which is based out of India.
Soon as I am informed of the decision from my company I will follow-up with our hotel guest.

It has been 11 days since I received the text from OYO that refund has been approved but still have not received. I sent the text response to Greg from OYO and waiting for a response.
