To Whom it may concern,
With all due respect to the client, we are not in agreement as to the work that was performed at her residence Not only is the residence located minutes away from where are city limits are calculated for cost, but also we have
correspondence from Mrs***, in a e-mail dated May 28th 2014, stating that she wanted to skip the window cleaning " because she was a little concerned about the initial cost." She also stated in the same e-mail, " they were having the kitchen redone soon, so tell the girls they don't have to make themselves crazy trying to make it look fabulous it's impossible"
I believe that the client did not anticipate how long it would take to clean her home Drive time was a small factor It was her first cleaning These were some of the factors involved She was aware of the hourly rate and agreed to it After speaking with the client about her dissatisfaction, I sent one gal out free of charge to do a touch up on the home
The employee's are both experienced cleaners and I spoke to them about the project involved I believe this client truly got her money's worth, and just did not want to pay the amount due that was required to clean the home I feel that we were generous in coming back a second time at no charge therefore I am not offering her a refund I do indeed owe her an apology though, for not getting back to her again after she complained a second time
