They build my dream back yard we had a in ground pool installed ,outdoor kitchen,fire pit and pergola everything came as the 3D design they had showed us prior ,prices is average a little higher but quality compensate we will have our driveway done next year by them 100%

Review: I hired the company to install pavers for $24,000.00 in July 2013 and end date of August **,2013. We both signed a contract . Payments were made in cash minus $3,400.00 and I still haven't received any receipts for amount paid I've been asking for receipts as I should have been given as per our contract. The pavers were installed poorly and some that were broke . They would tell me they will be back on such dates to finish work and pavers to be installed in a time of essence that was crucial due to other construction that was going on in house . This was a step that was suppose to be put down infront of the back patio door from room into the back yard . The base was put down and left untouched for nine weeks which caused pebbles of cement to scratch just done hardwood floors , which had to be done over due to this . The front steps were not installed in the way the contractor described to me he would have the layout and are not spaced out the way steps are supposed to be by code. I have a spine condition that the contractor was specifically informed of so he can have the steps done right . There are many gaps that were not properly filled. No sand bags were left as per our conversations with the contractor . Garbage was left in my backyard and in my front yard ( wood pallets , buckets , hardened sand , metal strips from pelleted bricks , bags of garbage ) . They stored all there tools and garbage where a pool was to be installed which had to rescheduled to next spring , now I'am paying for storage of the pool because of contractor . Their workers Destroyed three patches of grass and garden in the front , they also broke a section of my fencing in the front by throwing rock and leaving them leaning on vinyl fence . Job was to end by August **,2013 instead October **,2013 ( now there was no need for any delays the weather was work permitting) delaying my move and costing me extra two months of rent . My contract clearly states the amount of the job including materials labor and taxes which equal to $24,000.00 , it was said and agreed upon by the contractor and myself before contract was signed by both of us . I stayed home today Friday to give the contractor the final payment of 3400.00 and I get a response telling me I owe them more money that is owed . Finally I'am fed up with them for playing games and giving me the run-around . When they were coming to finish the job, issuing receipts for payments , garbage left that I have to pay for disposal , hiring a fence company to fix the damages , hire a Gardner to fix front lawns , The redoing of the hardwood floors , the delay of my move which caused me to pay an extra month of rent and extra month of mortgage I expect the contractor to reimburse me for the above inconveniences he caused to me and my family. Now to top this all off three weeks ago the contractors supplier comes to our home unannounced harassing my wife with phone calls that they want to put a lien on our house due to non payment from the contractor for pavers that I have paid them for. The accountant and owner are looking for the contractors they are not answering any phone calls . Now they are harassing us and looking to hire other contractors to finish the job .Desired Settlement: I expect the contractor to reimburse me for the above inconveniences he caused to me and my family. If we have to go to court for these matters I am all for it .

Please see below:First and foremost the contract on the scoope of work says INSTALL PAVERS MATERIAL WAS NOT INCLUDED THEREFOR NOT STATED ON THE SCOOP OF THE WORK ,as client wanted to choose what he wanted .REFUSED TO GO TO THE SUPPLY SAYING HE AND HIS WIFE HAD NO TIME ,SO WE BOUGHT SAMPLES AND PLACED THE ORDER FOR THEM WITH THE SUPPLY IT WAS MADE UNDER OUR COMPANY'S NAME AS WE HAD A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SUPPLY (WHICH NOW IS GONE BECAUSE OF THEM).Weather conditions also made a huge delay on the project, but the biggest delay was occasioned by the client making changes and increasing areas and refusing to make payments,ALSO CLIENT HAD FAMILY MEMBERS AND OTHER CONTRACTORS DAMAGING THE BASE THAT WAS JUST LEVELED FOR THE PAVERS WHICH WE HAD TO REDO INNUMEROUS TIMES (EXTRAS HOURS AND LABORS TO FIX, NOT CHARGED AS YET).CLIENTS SO CALLED INSIDE PROJECT CONTRACTOR WAS THROWING GARBAGE AND DEBRIS ALL OVER THE OUTDOOR ALSO THEY DAMAGED WITH PAINT INNUMEROUS BRICKS THAT WE HAD TO REPLACE AND AGAIN CLIENT REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES (EXTRA HOURS AND LABOR TO FIX IT WORRIED ABOUT MATERIALS BECAUSE WAS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR IT).WE HAVE OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH PAVERS AND WE CAN HAVE OVER 100 CLIENTS SIGNING OR APPEARING IN COURT TO TESTIFY ABOUT OUR WORK , WE HAVE A CLIENT IN CHAPPAQUA -NY THAT WE MADE HIS JOB 12 YEARS AGO AND IS STILL IMPECCABLE.BACK STEP AND FRONT STEP WAS LEFT UNFINISHED, FIRST CLIENT WAS REFUSING TO MAKE PAYMENTS ,SECOND WE HAVE TONS OF PICTURES OF THE OTHER CONTRACTORS USING THAT AREA AND HAVING ALSO A REFRIGERATOR ON TOP OF THE SAME BACK PLATFORM FOR WEEKS (CLIENT WAS EXPECTING MY GUYS TO MOVE IT FOR FREE TO THE BASEMENT FOR HIM - NO ,FOR THAT KIND OF CLIENT WE WONT DO ANYTHING FREE , ALSO THERE IS LIABILITY FOR MY EMPLOYERS TO TAKE THE REFRIGERATOR DOWN THE STEPS TO THE BASEMENT.FLOOR DAMAGED: WELL A CONSTRUCTION SITE SHOULD BE WELL PROTECTED AND WE DIDN'T WORK INSIDE ,WE DIDN'T EVEN GO INSIDE THE HOUSE SO HIS INSIDE CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY WAS TO COVER AND PROTECT ,NOT US . EVERY AREA THAT WE PROTECTED OUTSIDE , THEY REMOVED ,AND THE FLOOR WAS DONE BY THE END AND WE KNOW THE COMPANY THAT DID IT AND THEY ALSO CAN TESTIFY IN COURT FOR US AS THEY STATED THAT THE HOMEOWNERS AND THE OTHER CONTRACTOR [redacted] WAS WALKING ON THEIR JUST SANDED FLOOR CONTAMINATING THE AREA ( ALL FLOOR GUY KNOWS THAT A JUST SANDED AND VACUUM AREA CAN NOT BE WALKED ON) HIS MAJOR MISTAKE IS THAT WE ARE A FULL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ,WE BUILD HOUSES FROM SCRATCH AND THE ENTIRE FAMILY KNOWS EVERY SINGLE STEP OF CONSTRUCTION SO HE CANT PLAY US .POOL: OMG POOL ,DID HE EVER SAY THAT HE AND HIS BROTHER WANTED US TO LET THEM USE OUR GUYS ,OUR EQUIPMENT AND OUR TRUCK TO DIG A HOLE FOR THE POOL?FOR FREE !!!!!!!NO RIGHT,WELL WE HAVE IT ON TAPE AS WE KNEW THEY WOULD NEVER ,EVER PAY US ,WE STARTED TAPING IT ALSO WE TOLD HIM TO HAVE THE POOL INSTALLED ANYTIME AS IT WAS NOT IN OUR WAY.GRASS:HE NEVER HAD GRASS THERE ,WE HAVE PICTURES FROM BEFORE ALSO THAT AREA WAS AFFECTED BY THE SUPER STORM( SANDY OR IRENE IM NOT SURE WHICH ONE ).ALSO FENCE WAS DAMAGED BY THEM , THEY MOVED ROCKS THAT WERE IN THE BACK AND PLACED NEAR FENCE .HE SAID HE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE IT IN COURT DO YOU KNOW WHY HE NEVER WENT BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT HE WILL LOSE BADLY ,WE HAVE TONS OF PICTURES ,TXT MESSAGES REQUESTING PAYMENTS ,CALL LOG NEVER ANSWERED AND ON ,ALSO DID HE SAY THAT HE INJURED ONE OF OUR WORKERS WHEN HE ILLEGALLY TOOK POSSESSION OF OUR EQUIPMENTS AS HE SNATCHED FROM THE WHEELBARROW OUR GUY WAS USING TO HAVE IT LOADED IN OUR TRUCK,WE CALLED THE STATE ISLAND POLICE ,BUT AFTER WE EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE THE THE SUBCONTRACTORS ,THEY SAID THAT WAS A CIVIL MATTER ,SO THE VERY NEXT DAY WE CONTACTED OUR LAWYERS THAT ADVISED US TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH RECEIPT OF PURCHASE OF THE EQUIPMENT AND FILE AS STOLEN ITEM AND HE WOULD HAVE THE HOMEOWNER ARRESTED,BUT IN CONSIDERATION TO HIS KIDS WE TRIED ONE MORE TIME THROUGH HIS CONTRACTOR [redacted] TO PREVENT HAVING HIM ARRESTED AND THROUGH HIM WE MANAGED TO GET OUR EQUIPMENT BACK.AFTER WE DID SOME INVESTIGATION WE FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES THAT DIDN'T GET PAID .THE ONLY REASON WHY IT TOOK THEM LONGER TO MOVE IN IS BECAUSE THE INSIDE WAS NOT FINISHED , EVEN AFTER WE FINISHED THE INSIDE WAS NOT COMPLETELY DONE .On another note to prove that he is really bad on making payments he state that he owns only $3400 to the company with by contract he signed by the end he would be allowed to hold only $2400 he is just a liar and wants to get free work performed in his house and for that matters he did what he did, even trashing out the place to try to put on us but as we experienced a lot bad days in his house we took more than enough pictures of the job site .We strongly accredited in Revdex.com and we are sure that will take necessary actions as the so called Unsatisfied client never took his matter to court as he knows we have a lot evidences to prove his wrong doing as for us to sue a client like him will cost the company way more then we will be able to recover as his house is probably on second mortgage right now Sincerely Mariano & Martinez construction inc

reliable and straight forward prices a little high ,wont do a paint work without applied for necessary paper work ,like check with your town all the requirements but work came out perfect and my kitchen is all my wife wished for so no complains next step will be our bathroom

Polite and fast contractor, I hired Mariano and Martinez construction inc in two occasions first to remodel my kitchen ,they offered me 3 options from a facelift to a complete renovation down to studs , we went for the 3 one down to studs we are very pleased that we expend the extra money the kitchen is a dream since 2006 when was done, last project was our driveway done in 2014 they rip out the old black top compacted the new base and install all Cambridge pavers we have being using that driveway for a year now and looks awesome as the day the finished up ( ps my husband drives a huge truck ,, we are already in talk for our next project our back yard they offered an awesome 3D plans that we cant wait to be able to start
