I have their voice given directions saved on my phone and will gladly play them back for them. I would also like $dollars for work completed. If they further choose to slander my name or business, or defame me and my character, I will be forced to take legal actionI have already taken steps in this direction

The response was incorrect in that the work was authorized, and was performed at thespecific location, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what side of boundarywas to be trimmed back, and in this case, my understanding was to be completely re-moved all together I am sorry that we cannot agree that a mistake was made on bothsides of this minor landscape work Oleander hedges are very resilient and fortunatelywork was not completed as specified in the initial instructions because they would havebeen gone completely I think in conclusion, we should call it a wash, accept my apologies, and go on with our lives I will assume that I can expect no payment for services andthat is fine Best regards, *** *** / Marianscape LLC

Review: I had called [redacted] from an advertisement in the [redacted] to have the oleanders on the east side of our home taken out on Feb.2, 2015. I left a voicemail. He called me back and I gave him my address and the job we wanted done. He called back a day later with the price, I called him back and I said that we wanted to hire him for the job. He left me a voicemail on Feb.6, 2015 to tell me that he is going to put on the schedule for the next week sometime, but will call either way. Feb 11, 2015 he left me voicemail at 12:19pm stating that he needed to come back to finish the job because it was way bigger than he remembered it being and he wanted to know what our bulk pickup schedule was. I called him back 30 minutes later to say that I would be home to discuss it in an hour. When I arrived home, he was no longer there and he did not, in fact, take out our oleanders, but hacked away at my neighbor's oleanders instead, leaving behind a large mess on their side of the yard. I called him repeatedly that afternoon and finally talked to him an hour and a half later. He said he did the job that he was supposed to do. I asked him why he didn't call to tell me that he was going to put us on the schedule, he said he did, but my phone records will show otherwise. He never met me or physically walked the job with me. I had no idea that he was going to just do the job without meeting with us. Our neighbor's were extremely upset and wanted to call the police to file a report. I texted him this information and he said he would be out to our houses around 6 that night. Only after we got a hold of him that night did he say he was not coming our for fear of being thrown in jail and that we would be hearing from his attorney.

The oleanders on our neighbor's side have been trimmed to their specifications with another gardener that we had hired and our's have been removed by the same gardener yesterday.Desired Settlement: We had to pay $200 our of our own pocket to fix the oleanders on our neighbor's side and would like to be reimbursed for that amount.

Review: On July 22, 2013 my personal vehicle was parked at [redacted]. I left the property at 9am and returned at noon. My car was parked in the SE corner of the lot and was undamaged when I left. Upon return, I discovered a damaged left front fender. Called Landlord ([redacted] of CPI @ [redacted]) who said he'd call the landscaper & call me back. Failed to call me back that day or on 7/24/13 after a follow-up phone call to him. On 7/22/13, Marianscape crew cut off a tree limb and dropped it on the fender. On 7/29/13 my co-workers obtained the landscape name & phone number, when Marianscape made their weekly visit. Called Marianscape and spoke with [redacted]. He stated that he was the one trimming the tree that day, admitted to blocking my vehicle in with his truck & trailer but denies damaging my vehicle. His question of "Did you see me do it?" was followed by his statement that he would not provide me with his Insurance information without seeing the vehicle. We agreed that I would bring the vehicle to the site address on 8/5/13 at 9:00am. I took personal vacation time to accommodate his request. [redacted] failed to show at the agreed time. After I left to take the vehicle home & begin my workday drive to Tucson, he showed up, called me while standing near my co-worker and left a message stating that "eventually we'll get together and settle this." Since that day he has failed to return phone calls or provide his Insurance via e-mail per my demand. 8/13/13 - Called the Owner of the building ([redacted] of [redacted]) who claims he does not have Insurance paperwork for this contractor that he hired. I am unable to find Marianscape in the AZROC database and have filed a complaint with them for Unlicensed Contractor.Desired Settlement: I have a scheduled appointment with [redacted] for tomorrow afternoon. They will provide a repair estimate for the damage Marianscape has done to my vehicle. I am looking for full restitution for the damage to the vehicle, diminished value for the vehicle as it will display an obvious repair/new paint to one fender, restitution for the lost time already incurred and to be incurred, restitution for a rental vehicle while the repair is being completed.
