intention of leasing a new vehicle was 18 days past the termination date of his lease with Ally Bank so there were never any future remaining monthly payments. When a customer's lease is over any future payments or excess wear and tear are the responsibility of the lessee, the bank owns the vehicle and we were the liaison in securing the lease for the lessee. In further reading [redacted] complaint he is using the term "maintenance", which was covered on his previous lease. All of the documentation from the initial proposal to the executed lease agreement makes no mention of an future payments, maintenance, or excess wear and tear in regard to the vehicle he dropped off. That being said there could have been some miscommunication if he was using the term "maintenance" taking into consideration our primary goal which is to try to satisfy the customer we would be willing to extend complimentary maintenance on [redacted] new lease for the term of the lease.
