I am sad to say we have had nothing but trouble with two projects MaRic Builders did for us. Five years ago we had a porch extended and it is slowly sinking and I will have to hire another contractor to repair what MaRic started. In addition, we had a bathroom put in our basement and that now has to be repaired due to an improper installation of the shower stall. MaRic will not stand behind his work since it has been 5 years however I believe we should not be encountering such issues. Our house was built some 60 years ago and it stands better than these 5 year old projects.
