my order # is 8679899.
I wants to exchange these gigantic couches to a standard size sofas. The company does not allow it. They will give me back $715 out of the $1,926.20 paid. This is A TOTAL RIP OFF. I can't accept these fraudulent charges as a single hard worker and mother of two . That was my biggest investment to make my kids happy and comfortable; It turned out to be a complete regrettable, disastrous financial and emotional chaos.
The company has my furniture that can't fit my room. They refused to exchange it. They keep more than 65% of my money. They will sell the same brand new couches to another customer at higher price. I made these orders based on good reviews but I should have checked the complaints/claims prior to buying in this site. Now I stuck with it.

They didn't stipulate clearly theses nonsense cancellations fees on my E -bill but they charged me right after I placed my order which they knew the sofa set was out of stock.
Since the month of July my kids and I are sitting on pillows as I got rid of my old couch.
I don't get back enough funds to purchase another furniture. I can't replace it either.
This is a deplorable situation and I am praying that a top Rep returns my calls one day.
I hope to get satisfaction as a one-time courtesy customer.

My Name is Marie C.
I purchased the "Banner Coffee" sofa sets on 5/2/20. I spoke to Mark and he lied to me that the furniture was in stock.
To make the story short, on 8/28/20 I've been offered $60 discount for the constant backorder and changing delivery dates.
on 11/3/20 one of the 2 items finally arrived exactly 7 months later .
Unfortunately the chair and 1/2 was too colossal and took half space of the living room.
The delivery people took it back on the same day. See attachment.
Since the 2nd piece was not available yet, I decided not to get it delivered. I was thinking the couch itself would have been wider and bulky to fit into my living room and it probably couldn't fit the elevator. Therefore it would be wiser to exchange both couches to something smaller.
Now comes my nightmare dealing with 1stopbedroom customer service. Thanks Wade for listening to me but he was not so helpful.
I hope I could reach out to the top management to discuss about my request.
I found out that there is no replacement and they charge ridiculous hidden fees for cancellation such 15% restocking fee and $1.75/lb return shipping fee.
