Thank you for the letter of January 3, regarding the complaint ID l***On November 25, 2017, *** *** came in for her 2“ vehicle purchase at Murray Kiawith a travehicle that had a remaining balance to payoffAs a part of standard salesprocedure, our sales conattltant, Roger
O*** explained to *** *** that We will besending a payoff check to the lien holder for the remaining balance on her trawithin 7-10business daysWe had informed ** *** of this payoff procedure during and a?er thesales transaction*** *** called and spoke with Tony J*** Sales Manager, and was informed again thatthe payoff check would be mailed out to the lien holder once the funding process is in completewhich take approximately 7-IO business daysOn December 2, 2017, *** *** came in tohave a meeting with Roger O’***, Tony J***, and Russell B*** (Finance Manager) and statedthat we are not doing our jobs properly and we didn’t notify the lien holder of the payoffOne ofthe mandatory processes in sales is to contact the lien holder for the payoff informationAll thepaperwork including the payoff submission was processed properly in a timely manner.By all of us here at Murray Kia, *** *** was approached respect?illy during and after thesales processDuring the ?nance paperwork process, *** *** requested Roger 0’***presence for the acotu-any and Roger did; MrM*** also reached out to assure her satisfactiona?zer the sales*** *** named Travis W*** and Amanda in her complaint; however,neither of these individuals is employed at MKia.Thank you and we look forward to receiving your letter of satisfaction.Sincerely,Murray Kia Sales Staf* * *
