Marie Callender's

I bought for the first time the Meat Loaf frozen dinner with mashed potatoes and corn. The gravy for the meatloaf was mixed in with the mashed potatoes because there was no separation between the two. That also left the meatloaf with no gravy. They need to change the packaging so they are separate. I will not be buying another one of these dinners. Actually I think this brand is overrated and not that good especially for the price. Hopefully someone from the company reads these reviews.

Purchased a beef pot pie. Prepared it for supper but found no vegetables of any kind- just several chunks of beef and lots of gravy. Very disappointed. I have purchsed Marie Callenders pot pies for years and have always been satisfied with the product until now. What Happened?

Over the course of many years, I have been buying and enjoying your Chicken Pot Pies. Just recently, I popped one in my microwave oven...to eat after about 10 minutes. The crust and the sauce were as tasty as usual...but...why were there only two small pieces of carrots and no other veggies at all? It's not a 'pot pie' without a generous amount of vegetables included! Perhaps you need to re-program your machinery!

I hadn't bought a chicken pot pie in about a year from Marie Callender, so imagine my surprise when I opened up the four-pack (no singles available). The size of the pie was considerably smaller thsn what I remembered, but amazingly, the price was the same!

Inside, I found ONE carrot slice and about ten peas. Whatever happened? The pie was mostly crust and gravy.

I am done with Marie Callender products.

We Purchased a box of Marie Callender's frozen mini coconut creme pies on 10/13/25 . I put them in the fridge to thaw and have them ready to enjoy after our meal, to my surprise one of them was ALL whipped cream, NO coconut creme filling at all and NO pie crust what so ever! Pure disappointment!

I always buy Marie Calander pies for the holidays and this year I wanted a pumpkin pie early in the fall season (OCT. 7th) went home and baked it up.
WORST PIE EVER! Did something go wrong at the factory? I have never been so disappointed, please look into this, I always get at least 4 to 5 pies for Thanksgiving and I am hoping I don't have to switch brands.!

I have been a Marie Callender customer for a very long time and have enjoyed a wide variety of products! I was so excited when I saw the new shephards pie so bought several for my husband and I to pop in the microwave for a quick meal - first I was so disgusted as the whipped potatoes could hardly be seen so the pie evidently had thawed and refrozen in a different position. I did not use that one as I was afraid of it's freshness ! The other two we had we were both very disappointed with the presentation and the taste ! I usually try to give manufacturers an extra chance to work out problems but in this case I think I will not be buying that item again! thank you for listening to me and I hope you will be able to correct these issues !

Today Friday 08/01/2015 I purchased a White wine &b Butter Shrimp Mac and Cheese. I cooked it in microwave according to directions on box. The meal was very tasty the macaroni were done very well however the shrimp were very tough it was like chewing show leather. I have no idea how you could over come this maybe put the shrimp in raw I really dont know. I was very surprised at this as I have been buying Marie Callenders meals for years and have never had a bad meal. I especially like the chicken pot pies and turkey pot pies and usually by a few at a time. Like I said I was very much surprised that the shrimp were so tough however the dinner was tasty

TASTLESSS, first starters. Did have a lot of chicken but, no flavor at all. Chicken was tasteless and rubbery. Even your Chicken Pot Pies. What's going on. I always keep some of your frozen dinners on hand. Now I am better going to a fast food. Have you changed recipes or what?

I purchased your frozen ravioli bowl and when I opened the box(which was not damaged) the plastic was pulled back and there was sauce all over the inside of the box which told me that tis had to happen before it was frozen. I was very disappointed as I love your products.

I was a fan of the "roasted turkey breast & stuffing," but took a long break from frozen dinners. Tried one tonight and was appalled. The quality nosedived. The stuffing turned into a glutinous, bland paste. It used to include distinct bread cubes like homemade. The turkey pulled a disappearing act,and what remained of it is now dingy looking and rubbery. The entire "dinner" is down to 250 calories, into which they've squeezed 51% of a day's worth of sodium, so you wouldn't want to make up for the skimpy portion by eating two or three of them. Not only will I never buy another, but I'll avoid all Marie Callender's products from now on. Looks as if a brand reputation built on quality has been fatally wrung out for short term profit.

Your chicken pot pie has too much. dogh. Its not juicy enuff and the carrots taste unseasoned & almost raw.

Marie Callender's Banana Cream Pie. Nine people, one bite each. Vote was unanimous. Tasteless and unknown granules noted. Leaving this brand, after many years, for a more reliable quality product line.

Purchased a Bake to serve peach pie. Baked, cooled, chilled cut for service. Discovered no peach in "peach pie" just Peach Snot. Entire "pie" trashed.

Opened the can, poured 90% broth in a bowl.
After heating, I stirred it and found a total of 2 1/2 small pieces of chicken IN THE ENTIRE CAN!

Won't buy it again.

I absolutely love Marie Callendar chicken pot pies. It’s always been my go to for a quick comfort meal. But the last two batches from Sam’s that I’ve gotten are just not up to your standard. Why have you changed the recipe. Now you’re putting celery in it as a filler, and it’s completely changed the flavor of the entire pie! The sauce isn’t the same either. I know the price of meat has gone up, but come on! When your reputation is at stake I would think that you would want to keep the consumer happy instead of trying to save a buck . I’m sure we’d pay the price to keep the quality the same! Please consider going back to the old recipe.

I will make you a bet ==that your CEO never ate this meal. If so he or she would of known that the meat and potatoes were not too bad ---but who wants green beans that are not cooked? This is the second meal I have tried, neither one were as good as Stouffers

I recently bought a Cherry Crunch Pie. Came home baked it and am not impressed. No bottom crust at all. Their was a slight crust around the edge of the pie pan but nothing at all on the bottom. I might as well of just bought a can of cherries and ate them.. After the first big gob I put on my plate, I'm throwing the rest away. The bottom crust is my favorite part.

I don't usually go through the effort of leaving a post or review but the crust on this pot pie tasted like dish soap it ruined to entire dinner. I do have to say that the chicken was good as usual but the crust this time around was just horrible.

Stay away unless you like dry meat, veggies and no gravy.
I personally will never buy these items again. I am going to
stick to good old banquet meat pies and diners.

scam you out of your money!
