The mash potatoes where horrible with made it worse because there money lost and nothing to eat.

Wife found a sharp peace of metal in pieces of pie she was warming up. Causing the microwave to spark. Tore up piece of pie And found black sharp metal piece 1" long. Please be more careful.

O[redacted] explained to [redacted] that We will besending a payoff check to the lien holder for the remaining balance on her trade-in within 7-10business days. We had informed [redacted] of this payoff procedure during and a?er thesales transaction. [redacted] called and spoke with Tony J[redacted] Sales Manager, and was informed again thatthe payoff check would be mailed out to the lien holder once the funding process is in completewhich take approximately 7-IO business days. On December 2, 2017, [redacted] came in tohave a meeting with Roger O’[redacted], Tony J[redacted], and Russell B[redacted] (Finance Manager) and statedthat we are not doing our jobs properly and we didn’t notify the lien holder of the payoff. One ofthe mandatory processes in sales is to contact the lien holder for the payoff information. All thepaperwork including the payoff submission was processed properly in a timely manner.By all of us here at Murray Kia, [redacted] was approached respect?illy during and after thesales process. During the ?nance paperwork process, [redacted] requested Roger 0’[redacted]presence for the acotu-any and Roger did; Mr. M[redacted] also reached out to assure her satisfactiona?zer the sales. office and would be resolved from this point forward and that the 10% Survey discount would be applied during every guest next visit regardless of menu items except for the exclusions outlined with the Survey 10% discount offer. We did send the guest a gift card for the discount she should have received at the time of guest visit even though the guest did not want anything. She was satisfied that this was addressed and resolved. Review: This restaurant has terrible chicken. It tasted like rubber with a thin glaze of BBQ sauce. The advertising on both television and in front of their restaurant states nothing about the $9.95 price and up, only just 9.95. When I went to pay for 2 dinners, it cost me well over $35. Then when I got a phone call from their corporate headquarters, I was told by their own admission, the letters "and up" were very small and hard to view. Bad choice, and this wasn't the first time I had a problem with their food. I got very sick on their food from their Fountain Valley location as well. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone.Desired Settlement: Complete Refund
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
