always happy with results and I will do whatever possible to make them satisfied.The first time [redacted] came to the spa, she had the following services done totaling $395.:$180 Stem Cell Facial$95 Rejuvenating Back Facial$35 Face Wax$85 Microphototherapy TreatmentThe next time [redacted] visited the spa she had the exact same treatment except the facial was not astem cell facial was $30 less and totaled $365. After her treatments [redacted] said she did not wantto pay for the treatment and requested to purchase a series of three facials for $285. The second visitoriginally totaled $365 which she paid $375 and received two additional facials.Sometimes people have different reactions to treatments. I always do my best to make sure mycustomer's are happy and comfortable. [redacted] agreed that I would bring her some honey strips toher home. When I arrived she had gone out to dinner, so I left them for her.Without the two additional facials the difference in cost is $10. The additional facials were added asextra afterwards.
