My name is ***, I got a car from this place weeks ago, I was referred with good word on this placeI was told it's a family business and they were the best Buy here pay here place to go to and I went with no hesitationWhen I got there everything went smooth, everybody was cool, helpful, I was treated as if I was buying a PorcheThe owner "William" was the one who spoke with me and he was very desperate for me to write a good review on his lotI test drove the car that I came there for, it was ok so I went to get the money came back and I left with the carAbout days later the car felt as if it had a transmission problem and when I called to tell him, he seemed to be a whole different personHe wouldn't talk to me, but he did relay the message to call the repair line and they would assist meI called them and they don't even answer the phones, you have to leave messages and then when they call you back, they tell you they'll have to find someplace for you to take the car and they'll call you when they find oneSo after the first week I was still trying to see what's going on and can I get a trade and when I tell you everybody that works there especially Vanessa act as if nothing is possible with this placeOk so on the 14th day (Saturday), there was a deferred payment due and I was unable to get it there because I took the car to a transmission place myself to be looked at so that means I was unable to drive out there to give them the moneySo on Monday I got a call to come sign a paper and when I got there they shut the engine off and was told that me and my babies needed to leave the keys and find a way homeI was so upset because they repossessed that car for $and day lateSo I spoke with Vanessa whom spoke with her boss Christina, who came into the office and she made it seem like it was the end of the world, now once again Will does not want to talk to me, he's just not letting up on me paying this money and being on my wayThey called the police on me and my kids they wanted us off their property after reposseing the carSo as me and my babies were standing on the corner with all our stuff, William so happen to pull up at the stop sign, look us in the face and drove off without saying anything to usThis place is a big scam, I do not recommend anybody to go thereThey'll be the best when it's time to take your money and then turn evil for stuff like thisAnd for anybody to work for a company like this is just as involvedThis is not professional business and I think they need to shut downFamily don't treat other families like thisAfter all my money and weeks they repossess my car for being day late and $
