The customer agreed to and received full, complete and accurate disclosure of all aspects of the lease furniture arrangements and agreements that they entered with Furniture7. The customer was informed of shipping time for receiving the leased furniture, which is approximately to
weeks. The customer received extensive disclosure on the website and through the online checkout process and the executed Fagreements, including that there would be no cancellations or refunds of membership feesThe customer also agreed to the cancellation and refund policies during the online checkout process and within their agreements

This complaint may be frivolous as the customer clearly states that she knew that the price of the item was posted in error. The Omni Furniture Terms of Use also state that Omni Furniture can restrict a sale due to errors with the disclosed price on the website, or non-availability of the item.None...

the less, Omni Furniture would be pleased to sell her the item at the error price. With that said, the item it clearly under $100, so free shipping does not apply. The shipping fee is clearly disclosed on the Omni Furniture website. Should the customer still to purchase the item, they are more than welcome to contact Customer Service to discuss payment of item and the shipping fee.Irrespective of whether the customer chooses to buy or not buy this item from us, Omni Furniture now considers this complaint resolved.

Customer executed two agreements with Furniture7.
Customer authorized all payments that made, and agreed payments were not refundable.
Customer has been repeatedly abusive with staff, requiring restrictions being imposed on customer communications.
Both agreements have been cancelled.
Though...

there is no obligation, Furniture7 has refunded money.
Customer will not be contacted again by Furniture7.
Furniture7 considers matter closed, and relationship with customer ended.

The customer has two agreements with Furniture, one being a membership agreement and the other being a furniture lease agreement. The customer can cancel their furniture lease agreement within the first 72 hours. However under the membership agreement, the customer agrees that there will be no...

refunds of payments. Therefore, Furniture7 will not refund the $66.60 paid by the customer under the membership agreement.

Furniture7 does not have a customer by this name, but does have information for a customer under the name of [redacted]. This customer leased furniture and paid it out early, with all payments to Furniture7 totaling $196.56. Following the completion of payments, this customer received a...

certificate indicating that they had paid out the lease. Furniture7 customer can use this certificate as they see fit. Furniture7 believes this certificate might be useful to some credit organizations or financial institutions. Furniture7 is not currently reporting on this lease.

Furniture7 confirms that this customer's furniture has been shipped, and that it is scheduled to be delivered on July 31, 2017. Furniture7's customer service team will separately contact them by email or phone to provide delivery details.
