At this time, I have been contacted directly by Teach Regional Medical Center regarding complaint ID 12517805, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Teche Regional Hospital’s billing department tried to recall the bill since it was their errorThe debt collector would not give
Teche Regional my acco*** back since they already purchased it and sold it to another debt collectorThe hospital should be responsible for correcting their error and paying off this acco***This is all a domino effect due to the fact that they did not process my information correctlyThis should fall under errors and ommisions since they made this HUGE errorIf you make a mistake you should make it right and correct itNot push it off on the customerThis is really bad businessI am so disappointed in the way this is being handled.
