[redacted] accept the work this should have been done before I moved in I have live here on marina property for about 6 years,all I say is the main maintence guy name jeff drop the ball on work order and always a excuse on why things wasn,t getting done.bad patio bay window had to use plastic to cover them. thanks for the job on outlets and other job. BUT THE SINK CABINET UNDERNEATH NO GO NEED TO BE FILL AND COVER PENTY OF ROOM FOR RODENTS TO COME INTO APARTMENT UNDER SINK NOT TILE SHEETS COMING OFF NEED BOARDS AND NAILS. WILL DO JOB FOR REIMBURSEMENT ON MATERIAL. THANK U

We have been working with Mr. Jennings and will continue until requests are completed. The following is the status of each complaint:
1. The hole underneath kitchen sink- Maintenance has covered the hole under with sink with tiles. Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with the appearance of the tiles. 2. Garbage disposal not working- Garbage disposal has been repaired 12/30/2016 3. Cold air coming through the windows- We have inspected the condition of his windows and they are in good condition. They are older windows. 4. No outlets in either bathroom- Outlets were installed in both bathrooms 12/30/2016 5. The hall bathroom tub needs reglazed- This is scheduled for Thursday January 12, 2017. Zidan Management Group and Lake Marina Apartments strive to provide excellent customer service. We have always and continue to work with Mr.Jennings and have met every responsibility as Landlords within a reasonable time frame. Please contact me with any further questions or comments.
