The sales person will lie to you directly and act as though he cares. They only gave me 1 key and then no CD player in a 2013 vehicle. This is the worst lying batch of sales people in the car dealer world. DO NOT buy from this dealer in Memphis Tennessee off Elmore Road. Also, my car has been in some sort of hail storm or wreck and they dealership covered it up. Again, DO NOT buy from this dealer or you will regret IT!!!!!!!!

Review: Rented a boat from boardwalk at least 5 times over the summer. The first several times went well....Then they hired this kid named [redacted]. The kid was rude, negative and frankly didn't provide any sort of customer service. Due to the way we were treated the most recent time I will never go back there and will warn others to not use any of their services or purchase gas from them! [redacted] played games, attempted to add random charges to the contract, and then refused to top off the gas when we left (So we would have to add more when we got back)They make you sign a contract, as far as a I know like with any other rental when you come back the boat is inspected...and once that is done the contract is complete. Once we left [redacted] tried calling and saying he was gonna charge us an extra$200 for a cleaning charge. (Previous times there was never a charge [redacted] said fish residue wasn't a big deal she could just hose it down) I asked to speak to the owner..He told me was in charge and tried to get technical with the contract on us. [redacted] and [redacted] were the other employees who made our previous experiences wonderful I have already posted a review on [redacted] And I will make sure to let [redacted] and other sources know of the treatment we received. I am not gonna do this yet, I am hoping something can be worked out but due to the fact antohony is the owner I doubt it will. Anyways My name is [redacted](401) 996-2129 If you look over all the rentals for the summer under that name and [redacted] another friend you will see just how much business we gave.
