I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,*** *** As I realize this business owner is not going to do anything about this issue as he has stated, I find it very hard to believe that he has only had complaints in years when he either hangs up on customers and his own help when a problem is addressedHe says that "all sales are final" when the mattress is taken home and slept on overnightMy wife and I bought a mattress from another place of business and we slept on it for a week and had to return it and there was no problem so I find it interesting that he would not want to please a customer, however, with that said I'm very confident we won't be using this business ever again and my mom will have to eat the price of this mattress and will have to go to another place to purchase another mattress before the hole gets any biggerIf there had been an offer from him to get warranty papers we would have went that route and tried to work something out that way, but he never suggested that to me or my momI would really like to know how many complaints he has to have through the Revdex.com before he gets a lower ratingI know of at least people who have tried to deal with him and to no availAll mattress complaints!! I wanted to reject this response offer so I could make my last point to the Revdex.com and let other people know not to be afraid to make a complaint if they are as unsatisfied as I am
Thank you so much for alerting us We did and do currently know that Mr *** is not satisfied with his mattressHe has notified us that he is going on a campainge to let the whole world know of his dissatisfaction with the product and the way we and the manufacture are handling this issueOur
policy is clearly stated on the buyers order , which he received That is " Once a mattress is brought into a home overnight and slept on , it cannot be returned and that all sales are final." He is aware of thisMainly Mattresses and the manufacture will replace the product if it is deemed to be under warranty , which we have doneRefunding of replacing the product with another brand is not an optionAs we have told him As we have explained to him , This would be like buying a Ford vehicle and wanting to give it back to the dealer for a Chevrolet.We have assured him that we will continue to help any way we can , but not refund or swap for another brandPLEASE contact us if we can be of any further assistanceThis is important to usyears in Business and this is our second complaint that has not been satisfacterly taken care of per the customer
