Review: Arrived at the hotel and paid cash for a 3 night stay which ended after the first night due to our departure due to a family emergency. At checkout we were told we could not receive a cash refund since they did not keep that amount of money there at the hotel and that our refund would be a check sent to us in the mail by the manager who wasn't present on the site. After returning home from a 10 hour drive back to New Mexico and not receiving anything in the mail after the first week we gave the hotel a call and spoke with the Manager [redacted]. He told us that the refund had not yet been sent or even cut and that we would be receiving a call from the accounting department to finish cutting the check so that he could sign it and personally ensure it would be mailed to us. After a month of waiting and continuously calling to hear the same story we have still not received our remaining balance/refund of $484.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is that I would like to receive my remaining balance/refund of $484 and future customers are aware so that they don't fall in a similar situation.
Review: I made a booking through [redacted] on January 27 2015 to stay at Marina Inn form Jan 30 2015 to Feb 2 2015 for a total of $205.00 dollars. That amount plus city tax plus TAX for a total of $227.64 was charged to my credit card the day that I arrived (January 30). Upon arrival to my home town [redacted] California. I notice that Marina Inn made a second charge to my credit card without notice on January 31 for $151.76 dollars; this charge was not authorized and does not have any reason to be billed. I have the documents provided by booking.com to validate this information.

Booked days: From January 30 2015 to February 02 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money Marina Inn is billing extra refunded $151.76.
