After speaking with the company they have stated not to worry about the key; just to come and get the things - it's all in a bag.

I spoke with [redacted] from the business and she stated that in order for the consumer to receive her belongings they would need to keys returned to their store.

Review: During the unethical repossession of my vehicle, several personal items were in the vehicle. I called the dealership as witnessed by the Chesterfield police, and [redacted] specifically told me that my items would be available for my pick up. When I arrived at the dealership two days later, salesperson [redacted] told me he would bring the items to my home. I followed up with phone calls to [redacted] for two weeks proceeding and [redacted] kept telling me he would bring my items to me.Desired Settlement: I want the cost of my items that were in the vehicle.

After speaking with the company they have stated not to worry about the key; just to come and get the things - it's all in a bag.

Review: I purchased a used car in August. Since then The air conditioner compressor went out, the front brakes were replaced, the rust ate a hole in the muffler, The drivers side wheel bearing was replaced, and now I have to replace the back brakes.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment refunded as well as all payments I have made and the cost for the repairs I paid for, totaling $3850.00

I spoke with [redacted] from the business and she stated the consumer complained 2 weeks later about the AC and the company repaired it for her. The business didn't receive their November payment for the car; when they reached out to the consumer they were told the consumer had to use the payment for the repairs. They said ok that was fine but for the other repairs when the consumer came into the business to make her December payment they would fix her car. The consumer never showed up to make the payment or for the repairs to the car.

The business did not try to resolve this issue. I want my money refunded to me. They have since taken the car, and have not attempted to give me anything. They are also holding my personal belongings that were in the car.
