In reference to complaint #***, customer *** ***We received a phone call on December 2, into our call center about the customer receiving a different key chain than what was pictured on our websiteThe new staff who took the call told
the customer she would have to get assistance with the issueWe were contacted again on 12/4/through our online store emailThe customer was called on December 5, and the key chain was refunded back to the provided card that day.The vendor who supplies the key chain changed the emblem color on the front and did not notify us in advanceWe pulled the picture down off the store and put up picture of the new design immediatelyThank you for notifying us of the customer’s dissatisfactionWe told her to keep the key fob since the vendor was no longer making the one that was picturedPlease let us know if there is any further actionLynn K
