Review: HAVE A CAR LOAN OUT AT THIS BANK THEY FAILED TO INFORM ME THAT MY MONTH PAYMENT WENT UP THERE FOR I WAS BEHIND WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS ON TIME FOR EACH PAYMENT WONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR RETURN MESSAGES WHEN I CALL TO DISCUSS LOAN. WAS TOLD DIFFERENT INFORMATION THEN I AM BEING TOLD NOW NO NOTES ARE RECORDING IN MY ACCOUNT ON WHAT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED IN THE PAST INTEREST HAS GONE UP TO ABOUT 30% IS THAT EVEN LEGAL ?!Desired Settlement: THIS BANK NEEDS TO BE BETTER ORGANIZED AND UP TO DATE ON THINGS! I WOULD LIKE TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BANK ANYMORE THERE FOR THE CAN HAVE THE CAR AND CLEAR THE LOAN AND FIX MY COSIGNERS AND MY CREDIT SINCE THEY HAVE COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED BOTH CREDITS!

In response to this member's comments, we have been in contact with her since receiving notification of this complaint, and the issue has been resolved. We are sorry your office had to be involved.

Review: We have a mortgage and two car loans with Marine Credit Union.

The mortgage principal and interest is NOT being applied appropriately according to our mortgage not ammortization schedule as it is now not showing any payments applying to interest.

Also, we were told that Marine Credit Union does not report any of its loans to all three credit reporting agencies, but only to Trans Union.

Upon further review, our auto loans are reporting to all 3 agencies, but the mortgage is not.

This also shows the inconsistency of the loan operations and servicing.Desired Settlement: Adhere to the ammortization schedule as outlined and defined in the mortgage note

Report the mortgage to all 3 credit agencies as the same as the auto loan.

If it not adjusted and fixed, I will be forced to have the mortgage servicing formally investigating and reported under RESPA section 6.
