We write in response to the above-referenced complaint. Youth Elite Sports (YES!) host youth sporting events across multiple sportsSpecifically, on August - 6, YES! hosted a baseball tournamentThe customer registered and paid for the tournamentOn Saturday, August 4(the day of
the tournament), The customer arrived to play his scheduled gamesHowever, it rained that early morning and the games were unable to be played on those baseball fieldsThe games were rescheduled and adjustments were made for games to be played on SundayAnother team did not return on Sunday to play as his team was required which left us no alternative but to cancel the division because there were not enough teams at that point to participate fully in the tournamentThe customer was made aware of this decisionAs a result, and consistent with the Rules and policy of our tournaments, we have extended a credit to the customer to attend any tournament in the future without limitation to time or location. We trust that in light of this response and explanation, that the above-referenced complaint is handled accordingly as YES! has an exemplary record with the Revdex.com.Thank you

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:While it is true that it did rain on Saturday morning in the early AM and Friday night, YES did not inspect the fields prior to all of the teams arriving for the various divisions of the tournamentThe team we were supposed to play-Audubon Little League was there at 8:00am and we arrived around 8:15am for a 9am game. There was no one to be found from YES prior to the start of the tournament games on Saturday August 5thOne would think since it had rained the night before and then again in the early AM, that in that case especially there would be someone there to make sure the fields were playable, but that was not the caseInstead, two high school kids were called in after the teams arrivedHonestly, they should have been there before a single car was in the lot and then when the fields were inspected say around 6am or 7am and they were covered in puddles, a notice should have gone out to all the teams to either cancel or delay the games until laterYES did not have the decency to do either and waited until the parents of all the players and the Coaches arrived onsite to cancel the games only after someone called to get YES thereI emphasize, they were not even on site at the start of a tournamentMost tournaments will have a table to register and check in and show you where to goThis had nothingThe fields were not lined or even mowed, the outfield had major divots and the puddles on the field. Had they gotten there early enough and really cared about the tournament and its participants, they could have delayed the tournament until maybe later in the day with some sand and just pulling the puddles out to let the sun hit them, which was out in full force that morning, but instead my Coaches and I were out there trying to do thatThe high school kids all they had was two containers of kitty litterAre you serious? And they did nothing but walk aroundFinally the games were cancelled an hour after they were supposed to startNo one should have ever had to get in their car to drive up to such a messBut no call or text went out saying otherwise, so there we wereThe next day communication was llacking on the part of YESAudubon and Chichester wanted to things- 1) to confirm that we would get a negotiated partial refund and 2) we got to inspect the fieldsYES did not get back to Audubon and texted me the next day that they were being difficult and the tournament was cancelled, but when I reached out to Audubon, they had not heard from YES and was still willing to play with those two conditions. So why would I want a credit from this organization who ran things so poorly and did not consider the teams and the parents that had to make the drive to not play and chose not to communicate with the Audubon team and therefore the reason the tournament was cancelledSunday was beautiful and those games should have been played, but YES was rude, inconsiderate, and just plain run very poorlyLet it be noted, that YES rents the fields from the Sewell R*** at this particular facility and the Sewell R*** are suing YES with Fraud by Deception as we speak
