Review: sent 2 unqualified people to my house after canceling my appointment twice. The two people performed maintenance, that was not as described, did not do what was intended. also in doing it spilled oil all over my driveway, dirtied up the entire boat, left parts of the boat taken apart, and left it in non running order, when it was in running order prior. Owner will not call back, wants to charge to come by just to look at the mess his guys made. If he could show me that his guys did not break it, I would be OK. He does not want to see it because he knows as soon as it is taken apart, the problems will be apparent. May have charged for parts not used, not known yet. Charged for a start up that was not done. Charged for greasing of fittings that was not done. charged to adjust carb and to adjust stall sensor that was not done, fluid that was changes was extremely low and had to add a full quart, water pump they changed does not pump any water at all, as it did pump water prior.Desired Settlement: I would have liked the owner to come see the damage his guys did, but I can not work on his busy schedule, Full Refund would be adequate.
