From Day 1, Mr*** *** was sent a Blank Work Authorization Form and Credit Card Form for him to fill out for an Engine Inspection, which he filled out himself and submitted back to us An Estimate was followed clearly explaining to him that these are for parts needed it for the Engine Inspection/Survey and labor will be billed once the job has been complete ly The Technician kept Mr*** informed of all the status in reference to the Engine Inspection/Survey Marine Motorworks Technology, Inchas never charged an unauthorized charge, the customer is always given an estimate via e-mail, requesting approval from the customer, and lastly charge the approved sale, which is the proper and honorable protocol of any business The Credit Card Form agrees with the charges that were charged to this customer.No relief sought by the complainant should be granted, because he has used and offensive statements Also, Mr*** disputed the charges with his bank, and the bank did not pursued to get the funds becuase they were approved by him.Marine Motorworks Technology, Incis an honorable and reputable company, that our customers has made us a resource of choice for yacht owners.Thank you for your time and consideration
