Review: I called to place an order for a delivery from this place that is not even an entire mile from my house. As I am giving the rude owner the directions on how to get here he has the worst attitude about the delivery telling me that the road I live on is not near the street I am saying and I've lived at this address for 6 months I think I know what the road name is. My house is at the intersection of [redacted] and [redacted]. Maybe this guy can take a little stroll 6 minutes from his little hole in the wall and see for himself. It's not the customer's responsibility to teach business owners their trade area. Im not so upset with the fact that the jerk doesn't know his trade area Im upset at how unprofessional and rude he treated me when trying to find out where he had to send his driver to bring me a crappy burger. I finally said just forget it, that I didn't want to order after all and he replies with "good I'm glad" After getting cursed out and hung up on I timed the drive over to the restaurant. It took me exactly 6 mins to pull up at this establishment from my house and they've brought food here before and I was thoroughly pleased with the service. I am shocked and appalled that this is how the supposed OWNER of this place has treated me. Even told me that he doesn't need my business. I tell you one thing. He won't ever get it again. Disrespectful, miserable man.Desired Settlement: I would actually just like this ignorant man to ride by the address that used to order from his business and take notice of the street name at the intersection. [redacted] and then apologize in writing. I won't be holding my breath.

I spoke with a gentleman from the business and he stated that the consumer asked for a delivery. When they asked for the address they were given 2 different street names and it was not clear where the consumer's house was. The owner has been in business since 1996 and it is a small town and since he has never been in the area of the consumer, he did not feel safe sending his delivery driver there.

I made a complaint about a Marino's Pizza the ID number for that complaint was [redacted]. The final response to my experience was the owner telling your company that he doesn't know where my address is. That's crap. I've had multiple deliveries to my address from his business before this incident. I could see his store from my house if there was no buildings in between us. My issue, however, WAS NOT the fact that he didn't bring me a delivery. It was how he treated me in trying to find out where the delivery would be going. He never had the opportunity to deny me a thing because I cancelled my order based on how he was talking to me. I don't appreciate that one bit. He made no attempt to understand where I was. Hell he wouldn't even take the address. This little miserable man boy should not be dealing with the public if that is how is going to treat people when HE HAS THE PROBLEM understanding where to go. None of his other employees have ever even so much as thought twice about where this address is. The part of town it's in is full of little old ladies so as far as him feeling safe about where he's sending his drivers I'm not sure where they could be any safer in this small town. Like I had stated in my original complaint I wasn't holding my breath on an apology from this person. But I won't be giving this business a second thought and I've already put out word of mouth about how bad I was treated. I run a successful pizza business in the same town and he will see alot of his business coming to my establishment before I'm done with this. I understand you all have closed the issue, but it is no where near being resolved.
