Mario auto body and paint had my car since January 17, I needed a new bumper for my car, couple other minor things. He gave me the run around the whole rest of January! Telling me it was on its way that it was coming! It was always it’ll be here and two or three days , to your bumper is hard to find , can you help me find one , can you call this place and do this and that ! That’s not my job ! I gave him 750 which I have the receipt for. He say gave he need $400 for bumper, qrt panel 270 and the change would have been towards his labor all tho I would have owed more . But it’s February 28th, I got get my car yesterday no bumper still, no information, he knows nothing, he can tell me nothing! But he want to keep my car he say because it look bad for business if I take away, as if it don’t already look bad my car has been there a month and a half with no real work done! He had put on qrt panel and took a dent out back finder, and primed it, he say because I don’t let him finish the job he keep all of my money ! The whole $750 I gave him and I’m not ok with that ! Through this whole process he kept go ring me discounts because the inconvenience of him having my car so long! But now that I’m fed and picked up my car not done nor painted he keep my money, tell me it’s my fault because I won’t let him finish the job. He has done nothing I took my car and to took to a shop on Racine and they say the qrt panel not even put on right ! I want my money back , I don’t recommend, very unprofessional and not trustworthy at all
We made a deal to fix fender, Bumper, and driver side rear qtr panel but the bumper was hard to find. She gave me $670 to fix the car. I fixed Rear qtr panel, front driver side fender , and wet sanded the whole driver side ready to paint. I spent 20 hours on the labor and I had already bought the 3 stage paint (white pearl). I originally offered to give her back $100 then a week later she changed everything. She came and picked up the car when it was ready to be painted. She said she really needed her car. After that she started calling and threatened saying her dad is gonna come kick my butt. I've never had anything like this happen in 5 yrs of business.

I am not ok with this, I gave this man $750 up front! He did nothing I asked , he wasn’t a man of his word ! He had my car over 2 months! Calling me asking me to find parts! He offered a discount and said he felt bad! Every time I wanted to pick up my car he was all of a sudden about to do something or get something and it wouldn’t be true! I would pop up just to check ! I had to take my car to another auto shop and pay 1900 after giving him 750 for doing nothing ! Uptown auto got my car done in 3 days so I’m confused on this company Mario auto and paint couldn’t do the job but said they could and accepted my money ! That’s a scam
