Review: On November 22, 2012 I paid Mario Brothers Painting three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) to repair a leak in my roof that was also causing interior damage. The repair cost was determined by company owner Mario Romero. An employee named Jose claimed to have repaired the roof but it continued leaking immediately in the exact same place worsening the interior damage. Since then, for over eighteen (18) months, I have spoken to Mr. Romero several times but he has not completed the repair work. As a result of the failure/refusal of Mario Brothers Painting to complete the repair to my roof, the interior damage has become worse and more costly. I last called Mr. Romero on his cell phone about two (2) weeks ago and left a message in his voicemail. As of today he has not returned my call.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mario Brothers Painting to complete the repair I paid for and repair the interior damage as well or refund the $350.00.
