Review: First I had a question about the products sold on the website and sent an inquiry email. I never got a response but decided to order anyway. I placed an order & the money was deducted through [redacted]. On the order I requested a follow up but never got it. This was Monday, and of today, Thursday, I have still not received an order or shipping confirmation. HOWEVER, I have tried to contact the company with 5 different emails. I searched online but found no phone number to try to connect with a human to resolve the issues.Desired Settlement: I would love to speak with someone at the company who can help me. It still looks like great products that I would love to try, but I don't appreciat the (lack of ) customer service. (Who doesn't have a customer service number?!) I especially don't like being out money when I don't even know what I will be getting - if ANYTHING. After discovering the DVDs, I shared the information with my fellow Kangoo-ers who were definitely going to order them. I have since told them to hold off.

Review: I ordered 2 pair of Kangoo Jumps (January 2013) from his website which were paid through Paypal. I returned one pair to his shipper on 2/**/2013 as they did not fit. I followed his directions on the return. Now after many e-mails answered and unanswered I still have not recieved the refund for the returned merchandise (6/*/2013). I have been promised a check many times via e-mail I can provide all of the documentation if desired.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund check. Also to alert others to troubles they may have in receiving refunds.
