Terrible service! The ac man was suppose to come to my home to tune up/check up my ac but instead he messed with it and I KNOW he some how messed with my AC to make it stop working because before he came my house was cooling perfectly! then after he left my ac stopped working and my home was at 90 degrees all day! can you imagine sleeping in 90 degrees for 3 days?! then he tried to make me pay 7000 for a whole new unit! because apparently everything in my unit was broken, my coil was apparently leaking, my capacitor was broken, and some other things he listed was broken also! So before I decide to buy it, I had to get a second opinion.
So I remembered that I still had warranty on my house! because I just bought it and they sent someone over and that ac man just told me I needed some freon! I had him go check everything else, to see if anything was broken beause the last ac man said everything was broken, and he said everything was working fine, there was no leak or anything! he even told me that what the man was doing was trying to scam me! I honestly think the man purposefully leaked out the freon while I wasn't looking, because why else would my AC just suddenly run out of freon and stop working right after he left my home? and after that he had nerve to tell me that it was because of the coil and tried to make me replace that for $1200! I DO NOT recommend these people! They're scam artists and will rip you off big time!
