I am rejecting this response because:Based on the amount of work that was completed he was paid $16,000 and only completed $6,000 of the work.  I asked repeatedly to be refunded and/or have him return to finish the job.  I had to pay others to complete his work that he was already paid for based on his quote.  We have compiled extensive documentation for legal action that will be attached on subsequent messages. This does not resolve this complaint since the amount of money to be refunded has not been delivered.Additional extensive documentation for legal action will be submitted this week.
