Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: During my visit on Oct ***, 2015, Doctor Mario and his assistant Lovelyn had both stated that my procedure was an emergency infection and that it had to be done immediately on the same day while I was at the doctor's officeDoctor Mario and Lovelyn stated that I shouldn't worry because I would be reimbursed 100% by my insurance companyLovelyn reassured me “don't worry, you will get your money back."Doc.Mario and Lovelyn reiterated a strong comfort level and financial security which lead me to believe that my financial obligations would be paid by my insurance companyI proceeded with the procedure because I depended on the trust and guidance that DocMario and his staff gave meIf DocMario told me otherwise, I would not have proceeded with the procedureI would have sought another doctor in my network who wouldn't deceive me of my financial obligations, and who wouldn't pressure me with demanding the full payment before my procedureAfter researching and investing the doctor, I found quite a few complaints on the internetI have attached two of them from [redacted] as examplesIn addition, my claim was filed twice under two different codes, which becomes a separate issue of insurance fraud In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] **
