we repaired vehicle that we towed by her choice , from the beginning we had some issue with her .vehicle was inspected by the Insurance a figure was developed as soon she saw the amount of check after vehicle was apart she called to try to pull car out we advised her that car was apart and we will
be more then happy to release it with some fees, at she decided to leave itVehicle was repaired , she picked up car on Jannuary 4/drove vehicle for weeks ,today after weeks she called complaining that A/C was not cold enough (NOT SURE how someone can tell that A/C wasn't cold in the month of Jannuary very cold temperatures) we asked her to drop vehicle off we recharged system again which we did while was there she decided to complain that right front tire needed to be replaced and insurance should pay.we called *** adjuster come out and did not agreed at first that tire was bad , but at the end he decided to pay too for a new tire which we replaced , vehicle was at our shop for a week we started Car everyday and it was driven daily in and out.finally she picked up vehicle on Saturday night drove for DAYS , after 5Days called to blame us that battery was dead and it was our fault, she was waiting for *** while I was on phone *** arrived checked battery and said it was good ,he advised her that starter died, automically she said it was our fault and the insurance (nothing to do wiith the AGE of the vehicle told her have vehicle brought to our shop which she did she Hangs up with me calls the insurance coClaiming that it was our fault and the insurance fault and demand for someone to pay, called us back demand for us to pay for the tow it's our fault, mean time vehicle wasn't at our shop yet and give us a change to checked it out.(Blame Mario's)Monday we checked vehicle and the starter was N/G , Starter is an electrical item and they do fail.we called insurance adjuster showed up and told us he was going let us know what he was going to do , we finally received a call and adjuster advised us that he spoke to the Insurance that stater was not part of the loss, and he also notify the insured which that not answer that she was looking for, she also called insurance to fight and everyone from the insurance told her that it was not related to the accident.she called us demanded for us to pay we received payment from insurance co and we should pay for a $starter plus tow, we said no. We advised her we will TOW the vehicle to any shop of her choice for FREE which we did .know she got a free tow , but that is NOT enough , she decided to file a poor complain to BBS try to her us.Mario'Auto Body & Towing did not do anything wrong , she a person that wants everything for free when she does not get it this are the action she takes.We consider her is a bully person Thank you ***
Sorry I am not going keep going with this,the summary of the story is;Mario's repaired your vehicle by Insurance estimate , one month later you called with a complain a/c not cold it was taking care of it , tire issue it was taking care of it , picked up vehicle days starter died Finally we did everything that was paid by the insurance, you spoke to *** and you argued the starter and *** felt starter WAS NOT PART Of ACCIDENT.You missed the all thing so using all the EXCUSES the way someone spoke to you and all the other Garbage.On your respond you said you did not want money , it's funny at end of your first letter you asked for $+ $100.00 Years in business we had two complains first one guy try to pull a scam and know you NOT happy with Insurance so trying to blame on us, out of all this we did a $ job and NO time you wrote that you had problem with work we did, except something it was not retailed to the accident.Thank you***
The matter was resolved by the insurance company paid the bill, police were present and pictures were taking showing no tire issue .My respond to *** complain is;He was involve in a accident his Dad brought us paperwork asking us were to pick up the vehicle and all the insurance
information ,insurance inspected the vehicle , *** showed up at Auto Body asking for a copy of the estimate which he was provided it , after reviewing the estimate he decided that he did not want the vehicle repaired , my son told *** that there were charges that he had to pay Towing, Storage while my son was writing the invoice *** decided to walk down stairs and enter the auto body shop and open a locked key box took the keys and drove the vehicle and across street to a gas station waiting for a tow truck .Tire were not slashed , the entire property is recorded .We called Police Depttold them what happen the Officer reviewed the tape asked us if we wanted to file a complain we refused.Later in the afternoon he did go to the Police station and Police told him to go away and pay the bill , Police never made any kind of statement that he wrote. We Tow for the Police deptfor the last years and police will not have us tow if we were crooks or have a bad reputation.*** forgot to write some things.Thank you***
If I wanted everything for free I would have also thrown in the fact that I paid for a whole week out of pocket as well for a rental when someone could have told me that the car needed a starterThe price for a starter to purchase and install is $and I ended up paying $for my car to sit there while no one advised me of the issue and would just hang up the phone on me and when answered would not let me even speak before hanging up the phoneSo I paid $total for my car to sit and later on paid &to get it fixedThe first day I picked the car up I called Mario’s back complaining that the car was starting funny when it started fine previouslyThis should have been diagnosed initially but because all they want is money from the insurance they’re too busy trying to cut corners since they do not even own the machine that is required to fix the job (as stated by *** sr)I also have attached the supplement for the “tire” which they also billed my insurance for much more than just a “tire”Also did not request any money back from this shopI simply do not want this kind of treatment being done to anyone elseI did not want my car there, everI’m a person whom does her homework and as per previous Revdex.com complaint that I read, I am not the bully here in this situationPlease review previous complaintI do not want anything from them.
