You had the opportunity to call me back Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Nada I can not go without a washing machine that long with children, one of whom is handicapped The machine in question is no longer in my possession so , you can't come look at it again The right and fair thing to do here would be to return a portion of the money, at the very least you were negligent in calling me backPutting me in a bad position, what do I do? Wait? What if you never called me back? I have to do laundry hours is an extended amount of time to wait for a call back and honestly, I did not think you were going to call me at all When your website states " [redacted] operates his business on his personal values of high integrity, trust, respect for others and a true passion for his work." I would hope you can see that you hold some fault in this matter and refund some of the money, THAT is the right thing to doRegards, [redacted]
