This vehicle was brought in on a Saturday for a ignition key recall and we performed a Multi point vehicle inspection When the recall was complete the technician went to pull the vehicle out of shop and it would not start Tech checked for codes and found that vehicle had a code for camshaft position sensor tech replaced sensor and didn't correct concern We gave the customer a ride home and I spoke with the customer on Monday I informed her that we would look at vehicle and found during the Multi Point Vehicle Inspection the tech must have knocked a connector loose going to the air intake system which was causing the vehicle to not run and set the camshaft position sensor codes We reconnected the connector and vehicle ran fine I contacted Mrs [redacted] and informed her of our findings and apologized for the inconvenience She contacted me later that day and asked if I would do one thing for her and that was to fill the vehicle with gas due to the inconvenience which I did The vehicle was picked up later that evening and I have not heard from Mrs [redacted] since.We believe that the issue is resolved timely and professionally

We believe this issue is currently and previous to your letter resolved. As typical with most insurers, it is the policy of the customers insurance company that they pay a deductible for repairs. The vehicle has been repaired. Due to the parts delay, Marion Chevrolet Buick GMC
Cadillac has 1.) not charged M/M *** their deductible, 2.) has assisted M/M *** with a rental car, and 3.) has gotten a monthly car payment paid. I believe the repair facility has gone above and beyond practice in attempt to satisfy the consumer.Of note, I have been told that Mr*** had been sending emails to Mr*** ***. Mr *** is the former dealer from whom I purchased the assets of ***-*** Motors on December 16, 2011. Mr*** may not have been contacting the proper personnel.Mr*** ***, Sales Manager, has spoken to Mr***. We believe the issue is resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. There was only one discrepancy. They did not provide a ride.  I drove up from work in Paducah to pick them up. However the car is fixed and that is what I ultimately wanted.
