RE: Customer complaint ID# [redacted]Dear Revdex.com Representative:The dress was dropped off by the customer's mother, asking for the express service, however we have only charged regular cleaning price of $10.50 plus tax as shown in the receipt.  It seems that she claimed that she paid extra, however that is not true. In addition, regarding the spot she claimed that was created by our service, we cleaned only with the soap for hydrocarbon cleaning and didn't use any bleach nor chemical solutions as the dress was made of 100%.  Therefore it is impossible for the dress to be bleached.  We assumed she or her mother tried to remover the spot by themselves and ruined it.Moreover, even though it is not our fault, we already refunded her cleaning cost of $11.50 in cash before she claimed to Revdex.com just based on good faith, however it appeared that she claimed that the refund was not made in her complaint which is not true.  This is another reason we have a doubt about her honesty. If the legal action is required by her, we are willing to see her before judge and more than happy to explain the situation as we feel that the truth does side with us, not with her.  We thank you for your time that you are investing in this case.Best Regards,Emi K[redacted] on behalf of James K[redacted]
