From: Anna d*** Sent: Friday, April 7, 11:AM To: info Subject: Kinser Cleaner's/Case ID *** April 7, Revdex.com, I received this complaint from the Revdex.com for the first time today. I have been out of the office for a
few days due to medical issues I have been addressing with my year old Dad (*** ***) I am very familiar with this white skirt. I personally cleaned it multiple times and then washed it. I am very confident that we did nothing to this skirt. Every time this skirt was cleaned it was cleaned with like colors. "No other garments had this discoloration that were cleaned in the same loads". Anna mentioned that it looked like burn marks. I can eliminate this suggestion because we do not use equipment that burns garments. We run solely off of steam As far as the examples that were mentioned they were just examples. I have no idea what is on Anna's skirt. I know I tried very hard to remove the spots. The spots are so faint that you have to hold the skirt in the right light in order to see them. Anna brought the skirt in with lipstick on the skirt. We have a chemical spot remover made specifically for lipstick. In the years I have been involved with my family business I have never seen an adverse reaction in using this chemical As far as compensation goes: Industry standards are X the price to clean the skirt. We charged Anna $to clean the skirt. All the additional times the skirt was cleaned she was not charged. So total compensation would be $plus the $that she paid to clean it. When compensation is made the garment needs to be returned to the cleaners in order for a check to be issued Sincerely, Anna Kinser-D* ***
