Review: A week after purchasing my Subaru, it started overheating. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and the owner determined it was the head gasket. I had received a 30 day warranty and the engine was covered so the owner said he would fix it. He had the car for a full 3 weeks, 30 days to the day of the end of my warranty. He stated that he had the head gaskets replaced as well as had the timing belt and water pump replaced. He said to drive it for awhile and if it was still acting up to call him. Multiple calls later after we had to replace the oxygen sensors, the battery and the spark plugs and wires, the car won't stay running and when it does it overheats exactly the way it did when the head gasket blew up. I attempted to contact him about what I should do and he told me that it was not his problem. I am stuck paying for a car that I can't drive and now I have to find a garage that will actually fix the problem instead of masking it until my warranty was up. I was treated very poorly and all I wanted was a reliable car. It's hurtful and unfair for a business to treat their hardworking customers this way.Desired Settlement: I am so frustrated at this point, I just want my money back so I can purchase a reliable vehicle from a company that will actually take responsibility from their wrong doings.
