I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
E-mail from former bridal coordinator indicating who was to attend. TWO girls, not ONE missing. *** *** didn't show either. I was concerned about the 8-A.Mtime frame (pictures scheduled after 10)
which is why *** sent me the e-mail. She told me makeup would only take minutes each.

*** *** got the call at A.Mbut responds what she would have missed the event as she was one hour away. We were all about an hour away at AM. Start time was 8.
No phone call to me to inquire what I wished to do.
Allegations as to my alleged behavior are a complete fabrication and I can furnish statements from the bridal party. I re-tipped the girls as it was the proper thing to do
Just notified yesterday that I was credited by *** for $2272.72. I have no issue paying a fair and reasonable fee for the partial services rendered. My daughter has not been refunded the $for trial hairdo. Total $

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The credit card company (based on my contesting the charge and submitting all documentation) credited me the full amount. *** *** has now credited my daughter $for her trial This was a given since she wasted a good amount of her time getting a hairdo from a stylist who never showed and a completely different hairdo the day of her wedding. My daughter flew in a day early for that 'highly suggested trial' incurring an additional night's hotel charge which she had to absorb
I was charged $for service and an additional charge of $for on site service which I consented to due to the time frame allowed for hair/makeup
As for my $2272.72, I was shorted two girls as evidenced by my confirmation e-mail from *** ***' former bridal coordinator. In addition, I forfeited my time so that the bridal party could get ready as the photographer was waiting, resulting in a loss of photos of my assisting my daughter getting dressed (as well as extended family photos since I was not ready). I also did not get the hairdo I wanted (I was told to bring a picture which I searched extensively for) and was extremely disappointed with my final hair/makeup result. In fact, I had to tell the girls (who worked on me simultaneously due to lack of time) to end my session as I was running late. I had to get dressed in a rush as everyone was waiting.
I would offer *** *** the sum of $which I feel is more than generous in lieu of the circumstances. My Wedding event was ruined to a large extent by this vendor.
One need only read all e-mails exchanged to understand my position

Dear [redacted],
I am so sorry that you were unhappy with the services provided to you, your daughter and your daughters bridal party the morning of her wedding. I would like to again offer to reimburse you for all of your daughters wedding day services as well as the trail day hair and makeup in the amount of $490. If you would contact me via email with an address to send you a check, I will send that out to you right away.
Kindest regards

Members of my salon team were to provide Bridal hair and makeup services for [redacted], her mother [redacted], and 5 bridal attendants the morning of her wedding at [redacted]. The services that were stated in our Bridal...

binder in writing with the attached receipts for the initial deposit and the final payment are available for review, stated that my team were to be there at at 8:00 am, and be completed by 11:00 am.
After one member didn't show, I told them to go without her as I knew from my experience and their expertise that although they were missing one of the members they would complete the work and do an excellent job in the time allotted.
I did not take this lightly and could not attend myself as I would have been too late for the event as I was an hour away from [redacted] said I should have called [redacted] to have one of their stylists fill in. I did not as I'm not familiar with their stylists work and definitely knew my stylists and their capability. [redacted] was pleased with their work as she tipped them each $20 above the tip included in the service contract when they were finished that morning.
I did send my apology and followed up with a written apology stating that I would be would refunding all of [redacted]'s bridal services for that day as well as the trial services but [redacted] told me she would see me in small claims court. [redacted] called a couple days after and after listening to her verbal abuse I asked what she wanted at which point she stated she will be talking to her husband and attorney.
The services did not run over the allotted time. We stated it would take 3 hours to provide the services requested and we could have been there at any time that morning. We were requested to be there at 8:00 am. I understand how special a wedding day is, however. I can not change the fact that a member didn't show because of an illness and maintain that I provided a competent staff to provide the services. I have offered to reimburse [redacted] for all of [redacted]'s bridal services to compensate her in the amount of $490 for the bridal day hair and makeup as well as the trial hair and makeup even though the services were performed beautifully as requested.
I feel I also must mention that [redacted] has slandered my business as well as abused my staff. The morning of the wedding during one of her fits of rage, she threw a chair that flew towards my staff and sent their hot irons sprawling thru the air and onto the floor. I have been the recipient of her abuse via phone conversations and emails, as well as her lies via [redacted] reviews and correspondence with your office.

Review: Paid double for on-site services for hair/makeup for my daughter's wedding, as well as my daughter being charged for a trial hairstyle by one of the stylist who never showed. We were shorted two girls. Service ran over time by over an hour, with less than favorable services rendered. This affected photography of the event as well. Doesn't even take into account the stress of all involved. [redacted] failed to assume any responsibility. Didn't even have the decency to call (let alone show up herself or send fill ins as it would probably have interrupted her salon business that morning) to alert us of the situation. Sent an apology with the three girls (out of 5). She sent an e-mail (post-event) in response to my complaint indicating that SHE had been confident all would go well despite the unfortunate situation and sent me her best regards.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my $2300. Plus my daughter's charges.Other than that, no amount can compensate for being deprived of what should have been an exciting wonderful event.
