I was looking for a planner for several weeks and found Marion Smith Designs It had most of what I was looking for, function, fairly good price, vegan leather binder, cute design, great inserts They were sold out on the site but I found one on an off the beaten path site I emailed MSD with some questions about the swag of the month club and in the meantime, joined her Facebook group Several days went by and I didn't hear anything back from the company Thinking it wasn't unusual to wait several days for a response I perused the FB page and started reading comments from other people saying they had emailed the company and never heard back Several more days passed and I emailed them again No response I emailed five times over the course of a few weeks without hearing back One night I saw another post from a woman who said she had emailed the company and never got a response Marion responded to her and I grabbed this opportunity to comment in the hopes that Marion would finally answer the questions I had (I originally had questions about joining the monthly swag club) I tagged her and let her know that I had been emailing for a few weeks and never heard anything back and that I had questions Marion responded with a few paragraphs about spam folders, only having employees that respond to emails, saying she never got any of my emails, there's no way they are 4-weeks behind in answering emails, they only got of my emails, etc...etc She also mentioned that she just sent me one email and I should check it out Her overall tone of the post was very hostile, rude and unprofessional Never once did she say "Oh, sorry we missed your emails Did you need some help? Can I answer any questions for you?" Or anything similar like a good business owner would I read the email from Garret, her husband and business partner His email was a simple thank you for your purchase He too failed to respond any of my previous five emails Apparently both went to the same sy What-not-to-do-in-business school I then went to respond to Marion in the Facebook group to let her know I received the email and find that I was kicked out of the group! A business owner kicked me out of the group for.....she claimed I was a fake person?! We pm back and forth all the while she insists I'm not a real person Keep in mind I have already sent her $$$, she has my name, address and phone number, picture, Facebook page and knows my credit card number But apparently I'm a fake She had a similar incident on Facebook in a group called Marion Smith Planner Love when a woman gave her opinion about the planner Marion was rude and disrespectful to this woman as well As a business owner and woman, she behaves poorly It's too bad because she is talented and has some really cute products However, I will be selling everything MSD related and purchasing a Kikki K Planner It's unfortunate because I strongly believe in supporting small business owners But this one is just too nutty for my liking

PayPal was able to resolve the issue. The money has been returned by PayPal.
