I am rejecting this response because: For the record, your system generated a response email indicating that order was received, and I was immediately chargedEven if my subsequent email requesting shipment status went into the same spam folder as the order, you never returned my phone callThe credit card merchant also called you and said all incoming calls were rejectedIn addition, two other people attempted to contact you and had no successOne said, "I've stopped emailing them because they never respond back."Also, it appears that your email to "Ms ***" went to the wrong address, because I never received itHad I received it, I would've told you that I'm no longer interested in receiving your books
