Dear Ms***,Yes $to process a buck is correctI did tell the gentleman that the regular buck and doe price had gone up $because of the increase cost of supplies and spicesThis service includes (to the customers request) Skinning the dear Washing it before it hangs in the cooler Refrigerating it overnight Cutting (or processing) it to the customers request (which consists of cutting invoice that I'm sending you (stks, roast, etc)) Deboning the trimming for hamburger Grinding the meat Freezer wrapping & (Freezing it for the customer)*ALL OF ABOVE ARE $ -OR-It's $/lb for portions that are already quartered or cut in partsWe weigh the meat when it's brought up and the change is $2.00/lb to processing it in the very same way to the customers request as if he brought it whole or extra deer pieces or pieces not all there(Some customers prefer to keep their backstrap steaks before the bring it or they may want it all deboned for hamburger.) Whatever they want it's at $2/lbIt's the same process as the $with the exception of skinning itI still process in the same way*ALL OF ABOVE IS $2/LBMs***, my invoice clearly explains that $2/lbis when it has been brought in piecesSome customers will bring 10lbs some lbs whatever it is its at $2/lbIts been $2/lb for at least yearsThere is no reason for me to have said that it was $1.00/lbThis customer brought 76lbs at $2/lb so it was $totalI tried to correct him on the misunderstanding of $but he was upset and drove offI dont adjust prices for no oneWhat the invoice says is what it isIf hes came here for years; he should know the pricesIm sorry that he felt cheatedEvery deer season I have many great return customers and he was one of themI regret to say that he can get his deer processed elsewhere because I will no service him againSorry for the delay in this letter; as the holidays are busy for meSincerely, [redacted]
