The matter was resolved by the insurance company paid the bill, police were present and pictures were taking showing no tire issue .My respond to [redacted] complain is;He was involve in a accident his Dad brought us paperwork  asking us were to pick up the vehicle and all the insurance...

information ,insurance inspected the vehicle , [redacted] showed up at Auto Body asking for a copy of the estimate which he was provided it , after reviewing the estimate he decided that he did not want the vehicle repaired , my son told [redacted] that there were charges that he had to pay Towing, Storage while my son was writing the invoice [redacted] decided to walk down stairs and enter the auto body shop and open a locked key box took the keys and drove the vehicle and across street to a gas station waiting for a tow truck .Tire were not slashed , the entire property is recorded .We called Police Dept. told them what happen the Officer reviewed the tape asked us if we wanted to file a complain we refused.Later in the afternoon he did go to the Police station and Police told him to go away  and pay the bill , Police never made any kind of statement that he wrote. We Tow for the Police dept. for the last 14 years and police will not have us tow if we were crooks or have a bad reputation.[redacted] forgot to write some things.Thank you[redacted]

Sorry I am not going keep going with this,the summary of the story is;Mario's repaired your vehicle by Insurance estimate , one month later  you called with a complain  a/c not cold it was taking care of it , tire issue it was taking care of it , picked up vehicle 5 days starter died Finally we did everything that was paid by the insurance, you spoke to [redacted] and you argued the starter and [redacted] felt starter WAS NOT PART Of  ACCIDENT.You missed the all thing so using all the EXCUSES the way someone spoke to you and all the other Garbage.On your respond you said you did not want money , it's funny at end of your first letter you asked for $375.00 + $100.00 40 Years in business we had two complains first one guy try to pull a scam and know you NOT happy with Insurance so trying to blame on us, out of all this we did a $ 5000.00 job and NO time you wrote that you had problem with work we did, except something it was not retailed to the accident.Thank you[redacted]

If I wanted everything for free I would have also thrown in the fact that I paid for a whole week out of pocket as well for a rental when someone could have told me that the car needed a starter. The price for a starter to purchase and install is $375 and I ended up paying $400 for my car to sit there while no one advised me of the issue and would just hang up the phone on me and when answered would not let me even speak before hanging up the phone. So I paid $409 total for my car to sit and later on paid &375 to get it fixed. The first day I picked the car up I called Mario’s back complaining that the car was starting funny when it started fine previously. This should have been diagnosed initially but because all they want is money from the insurance they’re too busy trying to cut corners since they do not even own the machine that is required to fix the job (as stated by [redacted] sr). I also have attached the supplement for the “tire” which they also billed my insurance for much more than just a “tire”. Also did not request any money back from this shop. I simply do not want this kind of treatment being done to anyone else. I did not want my car there, ever. I’m a person whom does her homework and as per previous Revdex.com complaint that I read, I am not the bully here in this situation. Please review previous complaint.
